Radwa Elsayed has a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health. She is passionate about assisting people in their mental well-being. She works with couples, families, and adult individuals helping them to cope with different problems such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.

She is friendly and caring while focusing on the clients so that every client can get the necessary attention to live a fulfilled life.

Types of therapy: 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Issues:

When working with my clients, I use the theories of CBT to identify and alter their thought processes and related behaviors. Combining CBT with empathetic and personalized care for the client helps me teach them the way to cope with the problems they face.

Result:

My goal is to establish an atmosphere of empathy and understanding so that the client can healthily address their concerns and find change within. These clients and I often find them differently empowered, balanced, and well-equipped to deal with our life challenges.
