The challenge comes when those protective mechanisms refuse to stand down, echoing old stories long after the moment has passed. Soon, everyday tasks feel weighty, relationships feel brittle, and joy feels distant. How Can I Tell If I am anxious?

It’s normal to feel anxious sometimes (we all do) but when anxiety starts interfering with your daily life, relationships, or joy and you can’t manage it on your own, that’s when therapy can help.
